Izzy will brainstorm other possible topics or categories for what makes an inclusive program
- access to information regarding Columbia's research opportunities (this is the one area where I think it is extra important that Barnard students do receive equal opportunities/guidance to participate in CS research. this fits with Barnard's marketing that Barnard students get "all of the resources of Columbia University"
- a lot of effort put into trying to get new students to take CS classes → extra marketing in very intro classes (ones that don't go to the CS major that Barnard already offers)
- more interdisciplinary classes/workshops at the CSC
