My name is Izzy Lapidus and I am a member of IF/THEN's Girls Advisory Council! I've been involved with IF/THEN for a little over 7 months now and am so grateful to be a part of such a fantastic organization. I agree wholeheartedly with IF/THEN's belief that if we support a woman in STEM, she can change the world. I've been advocating in the girls in STEM space for about a year now, and frequently preach on the power of uplifiting current women in STEM innovators and pursuing STEM passions.

I've read a lot about your experience and leadership in STEM education and I'm really inspired by your work. I aspire to have a career path like yours.
