Setting Objectives

Students are working on year-long study of trees and nature, documenting how trees change over the years, seeing how plant life is like in different places. A greenhouse can capture things that an outside world cannot. Workshop is pretty experiential. Students have talked about what a greenhouse is, but most have never been one

After this workshop, students will be able to…measure a tree and calculate the amount of carbon they observe
