SEED Mentorship Program Consists Of:
- 10/15 minutes ice breaker vibes at the beginning of every weekly meeting
- 3 stand-alone events/activities that happen outside of our weekly meetings that act as ways to bring the team together in a more fun and causal way. Ideally, there is food served at these events & spaces on campus rented out
- SEED Super-crafting
- Harlem Puzzlingggg
- Board games vibes
- PD prep
- Earthy crafting for mini greenhouses
- Monthly/some other time frame Senior SEED Bestie: each JS gets paired with a SS for a month or some other time frame. When a SS is assigned a JS, it is on the SS to make an extra effort in that time frame be a resource/mentor/bestie/homie to the JS, hanging out with them, texting them, etc (up to the SS to figure out what they wanna do to be the best Senior SEED Bestie)
