  Seeking Coverage

  • It is your responsibility to find coverage
  • Reach out to the BSAR Coordinator/AA ONLY after you have reached out to the entire BSAR cohort and still cannot find coverage
  • Reach out via whatsapp or email roster
  • If you haven’t found coverage after reaching out to the BSAR cohort, email Cassandra 48 hours in advance to shift
  • For last minute coverage (emergencies): email all three of the squad
  • Once you have found coverage, please email HBSARs at [email protected] to notify them of the change in schedule

  Desk updates

  • Ask a student inbox: do not assign emails to other BSARs
  • You can assign emails to yourself to answer a specific question
  • We have Ask a Student business cards!
  • Stickers for 2+ tours
  • Notify Visit Team if were running low on masks
  • Email templates: a bunch of snippets, good for more fact based questions

  • Remember to pass messages along to POD/AA or the counselor who the message is for before your shift ends
  • Please remember to add the information to inquiry cards in Slate
  • Provide inquiry cards for guests coming in for self-guided tours
